JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
On arrival at Beijing Airport you’ll be met by our representative and a private transfer from Beijing Airport to our tour hotel is included in your tour price. Please advise us of your arrival details into Beijing at least 30 days before your departure from your home country. '
Our Tour Escort (Ken) will contact you on your arrival at our hotel in Beijing with regards to additional information pertaining to our evening tour briefing and Welcome Dinner.

CLIMATE
The climate is at its best between June and September. Daytime temperatures for the period of our tour are mild to warm and should not be less than 15°C and may even range as high as 30°C on some occasions. However, it is always wise to have some warmer garments in case of unseasonal weather changes.
ACCOMMODATION
In cities or large towns you will be accommodated in 4 to 5 star, twin share properties that are centrally located, atmospheric and reliable. A ger is a circular felt tent used by the nomadic Mongolian people. Warm in winter and cool in summer offering you an awesome cultural experience. Enjoy our fully supported camping in one of these quality two person tents erected in a scenic wilderness.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Provided we are advised in advance of your departure we are able to cater for vegetarian diets and can assist with medically recommended diets (allergies and intolerances). Please ensure you discuss your requirements with us well in advance (at least 1 month prior to your trip) to determine whether we can cater to such dietary requirements on your chosen adventure. Please note that options are likely to be limited in very remote locations or alternatives may be more expensive or unavailable. There may be times when those with special requirements may need to provide their own food. We are unable to guarantee a peanut‑free or allergen‑free trip, and therefore, we strongly encourage travellers with life‑threatening or severe allergies take all necessary medical precautions to prepare for the possibility of exposure. Passengers must travel with all necessary medications for food allergies and be capable of self‑administering these medications.
WHAT YOU'LL HAVE TO CARRY
You'll be required to carry your entire luggage between our transfer transportation and the Railway Station platforms and on/off train carriages. Many of our hotels will provide porters and when they are available their service is included. However, there will be the occasional time when you will have to carry your own luggage to/from your hotel rooms. On sightseeing days you will be required to carry a day pack with your camera, water proof clothing and any other personal items you may require during the day.
VEHICLES & SAFETY
During the course of your trip, we will use a variety of vehicles, all of which are fit for purpose and the conditions encountered. It should be noted that laws governing transportation safety may differ from those in your home country and on occasion some vehicles may not have seat belts fitted.
